The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially announced the release of the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream 2 call-up letters for prospective corps members. The announcement was made via a series of posts on the corps’ official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday.

The orientation camp for this stream is scheduled to commence on August 28, 2024, and will run until September 17, 2024.

In the announcement it was stated that some prospective corps members assigned to Lagos will be attending their orientation in Ogun and Osun states. Similarly, those posted to Zamfara may have their orientation in Kebbi and Sokoto states, among other arrangements.

To ensure a smooth registration process, the NYSC has urged all prospective corps members to print and sign an addendum, which is to be submitted during the registration at the orientation camp.

This announcement follows the earlier release of call-up letters for Batch ‘B’ Stream 1 in July, where the orientation camp was held from Wednesday, June 26, to Monday, July 1, 2024, with the swearing-in ceremony taking place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
