Renowned professional dancer, Kaffy, reveals the important role dance played in nurturing her mental well-being.

Kelly, who said this during an interview with Channels TV, said she was raised in a single-parent household, and found solace and comfort in dancing during her formative years. 



Transitioning her passion into a fitness awareness initiative at the Lagos State National Stadium, she aimed to “give people life.” 

For Kaffy, dancing was initially a personal escape, a therapeutic outlet in navigating life’s challenges as a teenager in a divorced parenting setting. 



This transformative journey eventually led her to the entertainment space after discovering the broader societal need for such an escape.
