1. Next Gen/Campus Reporter Internship Programme
The Next Gen/Campus Reporter project of the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) offers high-flying campus journalists and Mass Communication students an opportunity to intern with mainstream media organisations in Nigeria. This initiative is designed to foster mentorship, encourage networking, and build confidence while equipping selected participants with the skills and experiences necessary for a successful career in journalism.

Eligibility:
- Must have graduated from a tertiary institution and be awaiting NYSC, or be a Mass Communication SIWES candidate
- Must be available full-time for a minimum of 3 months before commencing NYSC, or have at least 3 months available for SIWES
- Must have published at least 5 high-quality accountability reports on the Campus Reporter website
- Must identify a reputable media organisation in your locality and obtain contact details for the Managing Editor/Director
- Deadline: July 31.
2. Intern at African Industries Group
Duration: 2 – 3 months.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a flare for research and field market analysis.
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
Locations: Adamawa, Kano and Onitsha – Anambra
Deadline: 31st July, 2024.
