• Three weeks of intensive training: This will take place in either Ibadan or Akure.

The wider 12-month programme will provide opportunities to develop professional and leadership capabilities through practical assignments and exposure to different business sectors.

Requirements for the CapitalSage Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme

Interested applicants must meet the following eligibility conditions:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. A Second Class Upper (2:1) or above is preferred.
2. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme before the graduate programme begins.
3. Be available to participate in the full 12-month programme.
4. Be willing to learn and work across different business sectors.
5. Demonstrate the ability to adapt, take initiative and contribute to business objectives.
