WATCH: Moments Gov. Wike mocked traditional rulers for ‘breaching protocol’

A video of Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, calling out traditional rulers in the state for allegedly breaching protocols has emerged online and gone viral.

In the less than three-minutes video making the rounds on the social media, Wike, apparently rankled by the development, had used derogatory words on some of them.

He could be heared using words such as “stand up,” “stop laughing” “stop shaking your head” among others in the viral video.

The governor had afterwards posted on his Twitter page that the move was essential to “rid the state of all those perpetrating evil.”

“Without fear or favour, the truth needs to be spoken, some traditional rulers in Rivers state are now political thugs and have sponsored criminality, we shall rid the state of all those perpetrating evil,” he posted on Twitter.
