Nigerian rapper Oladips passes on…here’s what to know about him
Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji aka Oladips, 28 has been confirmed dead.
In the late hours of November 14th news of his ill health surfaced online, as a video showed him collapsing and being rushed to a hospital.
However, Oladips’ management announced via his Instagram account that he passed away on the 14th of November.
The statement read, “We are saddened to inform the general public that Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji aka 0LADIPS passed away yesterday Nov 14th Tuesday evening, at exactly 10:14 pm. We are still in shock as we speak! For over 2 years he has kept his battles within himself, his body is now with his family & funeral services will be announced as it is concluded!”

1. Rapper, singer, songwriter, and text battler, Oladips was born on the 24th of March, 1995 in Ogun State.
2. Oladips was set to release his music album in December, with a track featuring Mohbad.
3. Oladips was once signed to LRR/EDGE Records owned by Reminisce but left the label in 2019 amidst accusations of breach of contract. Meanwhile, the label stated that there was no contract.
