Covenant University secures its position as Nigeria’s top university for the second consecutive time, as per the 2024 rankings by Times Higher Education.

The evaluation, spanning 1,906 universities across 108 countries and regions, utilizes the new World University Ranking (WUR) 3.0 methodology, assessing institutions based on teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement, and international outlook. 

The ranking website underscores its global trust among students, educators, governments, and industry professionals, noting the comprehensive data analysis, including over 134 million citations from 16.5 million research publications and input from 68,402 scholars worldwide.

Among the top 39 universities, nine are situated in the South West, two in the South East, two in the South-South, one in the North West, and one in the North Central region.
