The milestone occasion drew attendees from across the real estate industry, all gathered to honour the company’s achievements in just one year of operation.
The celebration commenced with a soulful session of worship and prayer at exactly 12:30 p.m., led by Favourite Chi and Doreen, setting a reflective and uplifting tone for the day. Guests filled the venue with anticipation, eager to celebrate the company’s swift growth and its promising future.
Mr Abraham Justice Mbam, the company’s manager, took the stage following a brief introduction by the Administrative Manager, Mr Paul Tissar. In his address, Mr Mbam recounted the company’s humble beginnings, reflecting on its mission, core values, and the strides made within a remarkably short period. He also emphasised the company’s vision of delivering excellence in real estate services across Nigeria.
The event featured an artistic spoken word performance by Doreen, alongside musical renditions by rising talents including Silence Boy, Xaya, and others. Their performances added energy and vibrancy to the celebration, drawing applause from the lively audience.
One of the highlights of the anniversary was the Award of Excellence ceremony. The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Arch Mate Estate and Homes Ltd, Mr Raphael Okonkwo, personally presented awards to outstanding staff and partners in recognition of their invaluable contributions to the company’s growth. Recipients expressed heartfelt appreciation, with many describing the recognition as a motivating force for even greater commitment.
This was followed by a powerful training session anchored by Mr Okonkwo himself. His presentation focused on key life principles—faith in God, the importance of hard work, and foundational financial education. The CEO shared insights on cash flow management, income generation strategies, and long-term wealth planning. He challenged participants to evaluate their goals by asking a simple but profound question: “Where do you see yourself in five years?”
