Nigerian prophet releases prophecies about Ramaphosa, South Africa, others

South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued a series of new prophetic warnings directed at the presidents of South Africa, Cameroon, Botswana, Zambia, Eswatini, South Sudan, and Sudan.

Speaking through his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele predicted political instability, supernatural attacks, corruption, and unrest in several African nations, urging leaders to make decisive changes or face dire consequences.

SOUTH AFRICA

Primate Ayodele issued a particularly stern warning to President Cyril Ramaphosa, stating that his leadership poses a threat to the country’s stability.

He said:

“Cyril Ramaphosa will be indicted and may be jailed because he is a destroyer; he has destroyed his party and the future of South Africa. He will worsen the situation of the country, and they will curse him. He won’t get things right because his government is corrupt, and the people of South Africa will not appreciate him.

His government will be accused of corruption, and towards the end of his government, he should get prepared—he will destroy the national coalition. There will be bomb explosions, and the army will be attacked. There can be genocide in South Africa, and I see flooding that will make people become homeless.”

The prophet’s message paints a bleak picture, forecasting social unrest, violence, natural disasters, and possible imprisonment for the president.

Mounting Criticisms Against Ramaphosa’s Government

President Cyril Ramaphosa, who once entered office with promises of reform and anti-corruption measures, is now facing growing backlash from multiple fronts. Public frustration has deepened over his administration’s perceived failure to deliver on key issues affecting millions of South Africans.

The country continues to struggle with crippling power cuts, as Eskom remains unable to provide stable electricity despite repeated government interventions. Unemployment, particularly among the youth, remains alarmingly high, with little sign of sustainable job creation or economic revival. Many analysts argue that the government’s economic policies have lacked boldness and clarity, leaving citizens disillusioned.

Ramaphosa has also been accused of failing to root out corruption within the ruling African National Congress (ANC), despite positioning himself as a clean-up president. Several state institutions have been tainted by scandals during his tenure, and critics say his silence or slow response to corruption allegations has weakened public trust.

Within his party, Ramaphosa is grappling with internal divisions and waning loyalty. Factions opposed to his leadership have become more vocal, especially after the ANC’s poor showing in the last general election, where it failed to secure an outright majority for the first time since 1994.

Additionally, service delivery protests have intensified across various provinces, with citizens complaining about poor infrastructure, water shortages, and lack of security. Observers note that this rising discontent mirrors the frustration Ayodele referenced in his prophecy.

Although Ramaphosa still commands some support, especially among international investors who view him as a stabilizing figure, domestic opinion is shifting rapidly. Many South Africans now demand either a dramatic policy shift or new leadership ahead of the next elections.

In this context, Ayodele’s prophecy resonates with public concerns and growing fears about the country’s direction under Ramaphosa’s watch.
