Jay Z accused of raping 13 years old girl in 2000 along with Diddy

Renowned producer and musician Jay Z was accused in a lawsuit on Sunday of raping a 13 year old girl alongside with Sean Combs also known as “Diddy”.
According to NBC, The accuser represented by lawyer Buzzbee is anonymous, but identifies as “Jean Doe” who said the incident happened after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.
Aljazeera reports that the complaints says “another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor. Many others were present at the after party, but did nothing to stop the assault. ”

Star rapper Jay Z also known as Shawn Carter has denied the accusation calling it a blackmail attempt.
Fox News reports that Jay Z response to the accusation was made known through his Roc Nation banner account that says “My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee,What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”
Jay-Z continued, “These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.”
Also, Fox News Digital affirms that a statement reaching them says that Diddy has also denied the accusation.
His legal team said that “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Fox news says the 13 year old girl was dropped off by a friend at the Radio City Hall. She wanted to attend the MTV music video award in 2000.
In order to gain entry into the event hall, she approached some Limousine drivers waiting outside the hall. One of the drivers she approached claimed to work for Diddy. She was told she fit what Diddy wants and invited her for the after party.
When the girl got to the party, she recognized many celebrities . A non – disclosure document was given to her to sign which she unfortunately didn’t get a copy .
Jay Z who was 30 years as then, allegedly forced the girl for an oral sex. He only stopped when the girl hit him on the neeck according to the complaints filed.
