Bimbo Ademoye was among the biggest winners at the 2023 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) held on Sunday.

Ademoye defeated Funke Akindele and Mercy Johnson to win the ‘Best Actress in a Comedy Drama, Movie, or TV Series’ award.

Hosted by Zozibini Tunzi and IK Osakioduwa, the annual event recognises outstanding performances in television, film, and entertainment.

Other winners on the night include Tobi Bakre, Osas Ighodaro, and Broda Shaggi.
