The Fidelity SME Empowerment Program (FSEP) 2025 is now open, offering ₦1 million worth of digital toolkit and mentorship to 100 small and medium enterprises across Nigeria. Launched by Fidelity Bank in partnership with SMEDAN and Man‑Mark, this initiative is designed to accelerate digital transformation and boost business growth.

 



What the ₦1 Million Digital Toolkit Includes

  • POS desktop computer (pre‑installed)
  • ERPRev business software
  • Receipt printer and barcode scanner
  • Inventory & business management tools
  • Fidelity‑branded POS with onboarding support
  • Business training, masterclasses & mentorship
  • Six months of post‑support services

These assets form a comprehensive package to help SMEs tackle operational challenges and scale effectively.

 

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to Nigerian SMEs that meet the following criteria:

  • Based in the Lagos/South‑West, Kano (North), or Port Harcourt (South‑East/South‑South) regions
  • Operate in sectors such as retail, tech, food, fashion, logistics, or creative industries
  • Hold a Fidelity SME Bank account (new or existing)
  • Be ready to adopt digital tools and scale operations
