Elizabeth Taylor Chocolate Martini returns: What you need to know

Tryst Hospitality is bringing old Hollywood glamour to the glass with its reinvented Elizabeth Taylor Chocolate Martini. Originally crafted by Taylor herself alongside Rock Hudson during the filming of Giant in 1955, this decadent cocktail has been reimagined for today’s bar scene—luxurious, smooth, and irresistibly rich.

The new martini combines Tito’s Vodka, Kahlúa, and chocolate syrup, shaken to perfection over ice and served up elegantly. Yet, this is more than a treat for the taste buds: every martini purchased contributes $1 to The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (ETAF), supporting the fight for an AIDS-free world.

From Hollywood to the World

Tryst Hospitality’s connection with ETAF has deep roots at The Abbey Food & Bar in West Hollywood, where events like World AIDS Day tree lightings have long celebrated the community. Now, the initiative is expanding internationally across Tryst locations:
