A viral livestream involving Kick streamer Braden “Clavicular” has sparked global outrage after footage appeared to show the 19-year-old driving a Tesla Cybertruck over a person during a live broadcast. The incident, which unfolded on December 24, 2025, quickly spread across X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok, prompting serious questions about livestream safety, platform responsibility, and potential legal consequences.

Shortly after the clips gained traction online, Clavicular’s Kick channel became inaccessible, leading many to believe the streamer had been banned or suspended by the platform.

What Happened During Clavicular’s Viral Livestream?

According to widely shared clips, the incident occurred while Clavicular was livestreaming an IRL broadcast from inside a Tesla Cybertruck. Video shows an individual lying directly in front of the vehicle’s windscreen, partially obstructing the driver’s view.

Moments later, a voice off-camera can be heard telling Clavicular to “start driving.” The Cybertruck then appears to move forward, seemingly rolling over the person on the ground. During the stream, Clavicular is heard saying, “Is he dead? Hopefully,” a remark that intensified public backlash.

The footage ends abruptly, leaving viewers uncertain about the condition of the individual involved.

Kick Channel Goes Offline as Clips Spread Online

Within hours of the incident going viral, attempts to access Clavicular’s Kick page resulted in an error message stating that the page could not be found, a message commonly associated with banned or suspended accounts.

As of publication, Kick has not issued an official statement explaining the channel’s removal or confirming disciplinary action against the streamer.

Clavicular Claims Self-Defence Amid Alleged Threats

Additional clips from the same livestream later surfaced, showing Clavicular speaking with someone wearing a reflective safety jacket. In the footage, he claims he acted out of fear and confusion, stating that people were surrounding the vehicle.

“They were surrounding our car… I can’t see s**t… when you’re afraid… I don’t know what’s going on,” he said.

Clavicular also alleged that individuals near the Cybertruck were armed, claiming he could see what appeared to be a pistol concealed under clothing. These claims remain unverified.

Adin Ross Weighs In as Online Speculation Grows

The incident drew attention from fellow Kick star Adin Ross, who contacted Clavicular shortly after the stream ended. In a recorded phone call shared online, Ross advised the streamer to continue recording events but to avoid making statements.

“You need to be live for this… Don’t say anything. Don’t answer questions,” Ross said.

During a separate livestream, Ross relayed information from an associate who claimed to have spoken with someone at the scene, stating that the individual struck by the Cybertruck was not dead.

“He’s not dead,” the associate said, prompting Ross to criticise viewers for spreading panic online.

Is the Person Involved Alive? What We Know So Far

Despite Ross’s comments, no official confirmation has been released regarding the condition of the person allegedly struck. Law enforcement authorities have not publicly confirmed whether an investigation is underway, and no medical updates have been shared.

Clavicular himself has not released a public statement, and his social media accounts remain silent as of the latest update.

Livestreaming Under Fire: Growing Calls for Platform Accountability

The incident has reignited debate around IRL livestreaming, reckless behaviour for views, and whether platforms like Kick have adequate real-time safeguards in place.

Critics argue that the controversy highlights the dangers of high-risk stunts during live broadcasts, while others stress the importance of due process until all facts are confirmed.
