AT&T Data Breach Settlement: How to Claim Up to $7,500

AT&T faced two major data breaches in 2024: the first in March exposed sensitive personal data, including Social Security numbers, of approximately 73 million current and former customers; the second in July compromised call and text logs via a third-party cloud platform. These incidents triggered widespread class-action litigation.

The $177 Million Settlement & Eligibility Criteria

AT&T has agreed to a $177 million settlement, with payouts available to victims of both breaches. Those affected by the March breach may receive up to $5,000, and those impacted by the July incident could claim up to $2,500. Individuals affected by both breaches, referred to as “overlap” claimants, can receive up to $7,500 total.
