Job Summary

As a Guest Service Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From warm welcomes to seamless check-ins, you will ensure that every guest feels valued and well cared for. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with professionalism and courtesy

• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and address general inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the reception and common areas

• Provide support in daily front office and hospitality operations

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or related field

• At least 1 year of experience in guest services, reception, or front desk role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
