As Nigerians across the globe continue to celebrate the country’s independence, the NFF’s announcement brings another wave of excitement to football fans nationwide. The NFF Monthly Awards are designed to highlight the exceptional performances of Nigerian players across various leagues, shining a spotlight on both the Male and Female talents at home and in the diaspora.

Fans and sports journalists will both have a say in the voting process, with 40% of the vote coming from fans and 60% from journalists.

This exciting initiative promises to bring renewed energy and fun to Nigerian football as fans eagerly await the recognition of their favourite players.
