Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Head of Supply Chain will:

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize cost, performance, and reliability.
• Lead procurement, warehousing, logistics, and contract management teams.
• Manage relationships with OEMs, MROs, and aviation regulators.
• Oversee inventory planning, customs compliance, and just-in-time delivery systems.
• Ensure materials traceability, safety compliance, and vendor accountability.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to manage non-conformances and audits.

Candidates must also demonstrate advanced skills in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AMOS) and aviation supply chain management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation procurement or supply chain.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and compliance management abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
